What the Robot Actually Does

  • Receives cartons or boxes from a conveyor or infeed point

  • Picks them using a suitable gripper

  • Stacks them onto pallets according to a defined pattern

With swappable grippers and flexible configuration, the same module can handle different carton sizes and packaging types, subject to assessment.

Features Designed for Busy SME Operations

  • No Programming Needed – Operated through an intuitive touchscreen, with guided setup rather than complex coding.

  • High Compatibility – Quickly adapt to different carton sizes and pallet patterns with minimal changeover time.

  • Flexible Deployment – Compact module that can be integrated into different lines or positions with relatively small footprint requirements.

  • Safe & Stable Operation – Built for continuous use, with safety controls and clearly defined operator zones.

  • Small but Powerful – Handles payloads of up to 25kg per pick.

  • Helps Reduce Manual Labour – Can help save approximately 1–2 workers per line, depending on your setup.

From Manual Stacking to Automated Palletising

Before :

Workers repeatedly lift cartons, walk around pallets, and stack manually. This is tiring, inconsistent, and heavily dependent on manpower.

After :

The Rent-A-Robot palletising module handles the picking and stacking. One operator supervises the line, focuses on quality checks, and manages exceptions instead of doing heavy lifting.

Where Rent-A-Robot Fits Best

  • Warehouse & Logistics – Loading outgoing pallets before dispatch.

  • Food & Beverage – Palletising cartons of bottled drinks, canned goods, or packaged foods.

  • FMCG & Consumer Goods – Handling boxes of household or personal care products.

  • Manufacturing – Stacking boxed finished goods ready for storage or shipment.

If your operation involves repeatedly stacking cartons onto pallets, our module is likely a fit.
